The parish church of Tosca rises at the foot of Mount Barigazzo, an area of ancient fortified settlements. Due to its previous position in an area subject to erosion, it fell into ruin hit by a landslide in the 9th century, thus leading to its reconstruction in its current, more stable position, not far from the original one.

Preceded by a large churchyard, it has a baroque style facade and a prothyrum supported by Doric stone columns.

In the centre of the façade there is a single portal with stone jambs and architrave.

Inside there is evidence of the medieval period, including three fragments of sandstone slabs, widespread in the Apennines, found during the renovation of the square in front of the church.

They have a surface adorned with rectangular mesh panels with a frame of three elements depicting a bird, pàmpini and bunches of grapes. The other fragment is characterized by several floral motifs with a woven ribbon decoration.

There are also two small pillars decorated with interlaced motifs probably dating back to the seventh and eighth centuries.

The church is dedicated to San Filastrio.
