The parish church of San Quirico rises isolated in the homonymous village, separated from Albareto only by the narrow course of the Gotra torrent. The erosion caused by this torrent has made the ground unstable, leading to the ruin of the ancient parish church, rebuilt several times.

The church, preceded by a large churchyard, has a wind-shaped facade, on two orders, tripartite and closed at the corners by Doric pilasters.

In the centre, in the lower part of the façade is the only portal, with rectangular light, surmounted by a triangular frontoncino on corbels. In the upper, central part, opens a large orbicular window.

The lateral fronts are continuous with a single lunette window at the height of the presbytery on the left front.

On the right front, the volume of the rectory is lower. At the back, the volume of the semicircular apse, lower than that of the nave, is pierced at the sides by rectangular openings.

The bell tower stands isolated on the right side of the church. It has a square plan, in exposed stone, on three orders, separated by light stringcourses, and ends with a belfry open on all four sides by round single lancet windows.

The cell is surmounted by a double octagonal drum covered with a dome with copper mantle.

The bell tower is the only one of the previous buildings still existing and preserves a bell dated 1488.

The church is dedicated to Saints Quirico and Giulitta.
