The parish church of Moragnano is kept in the homonymous village on the slopes of Mount Fuso. The building, built of squared stone ashlars with a single nave, is characterized by a narthex placed on the facade that creates a porticoed space in front of the main entrance to the church.

The entrance portal is surmounted by a sandstone bezel with a border decorated with a wicker wicker wreath. The masonry structures of the church and the bell tower are in stone masonry with irregular courses with the ashlars separated by considerable layers of allurement mortar.

Only the portion of the apse, dating back to the Romanesque period, preserves a masonry made of regular stone ashlars joined together with millimetric junctions. On the left side, on the other hand, there is the bell tower, with a square plan in exposed stone, with a belfry characterized by four arched single lancet windows.

On the right side, a side door surmounted by a stone lunette with a stylised cross, has a Latin epigraph on the right jamb with the date 1274 engraved on it. An original peculiarity of this parish church are the numerous engravings written on the stones of the apse and the walls. Epigraphs that narrate funerary, meteorological and profane topics.

The oldest engravings recall the typical style of rock art with stylised figures and archaic symbols that are difficult to interpret. The most recent ones, probably dating back to the 13th century, tell of exceptional events such as famines, late snowfalls and off-season frosts.

The parish church is dedicated to Santa Giuliana.
