The Pieve di Branzone rises isolated inside the homonymous village, preceded by a large churchyard which is accessed by a stone staircase. The facade, in exposed stone, is gabled, with a single central portal, raised by four stone steps on the level of the churchyard. The rectangular portal has stone jambs and architrave, in the center of which is carved the date 1702.

Above the portal there is a rectangular window. The rampants are covered by a molded stone frame. On the side fronts are the lower, seamlessly lower volumes of votive chapels. The ones on the right have a front flush with the façade. The sacristy rests on the right front. At the back, the presbytery is pierced by two single lancet windows, at the sides, in the lower part, and by a rectangular window, central, in the upper one. The bell tower is leaning against the presbytery on the left side. It has a square, exposed stone plan and ends with an open cell on four sides with round single lancet windows, covered by a pyramidal spire roof in stone.

It is dedicated to Saints James and Syrian.
