Between Art and Nature” is an itinerant itinerary that allows you to immerse yourself in the art preserved in the hills around the River Ceno and the River Taro, before continuing with a naturalistic immersion in the Taro River Park. A route that starts from the Pieve di Serravalle, which with its particular baptistery sees the view along part of the River Ceno.

Continue towards the plain, on the same side, for a few kilometers and then come across the Pallavicino Castle of Varano de’ Melegari, guardian of stories and legends to discover! Continuing up to the foot of the hills, the itinerary proposes to visit the Pieve di Fornovo dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, which will welcome you with its magnificent Romanesque facade, perfectly preserved.

From here you continue to the last stop, totally immersed in nature, inside the Taro River Park, where you can venture on foot or by bike, relax to the sound of a stream or observing hundreds of species of birds that inhabit the shores of the Taro River.
